Shipping:

If you order several items from us as part of one order for which different delivery times apply, we will send the items in a joint shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time will apply overall.

   Maxiletter

For small parts within dimension and weight limits. Costs 3.00 €. The value of goods shall not exceed 15,00 € incl. VAT.

   Maxiletter International

For small parts within dimension and weight limits. Costs 8.00 €. The value of goods shall not exceed 15,00 € incl. VAT. 

   DHL National & Austria

Domestic packages up to 31,5kg (packages up to 120 x 60 x 60 cm) within Germany 6,90 € and to Austria 15,00 €. Delivery time approx. 1-2 workdays*

   Truck Freight

Please note that bulky items such as hoods, front fascia, rear fascia, windshields, etc. CANNOT be shipped by GLS. Related transportation costs are shown in cart during checkout.

   International Zone 1

30,00 € for parcels up to 30kg. (Dimensions: less than 2m in length, less than 3m in girth).
Deliveries which exceed these dimensions must be shipped by freight forwarding. We will inform you about fees before shipment.
Countries within Zone 1:
Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, France, Italy, Poland, Switzerland, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Lichtenstein

Delivery time approx. 2-3 workdays*

   International Zone 2

50,00 € for parcels up to 30kg. (Dimensions: less than 2m in length, less than 3m in girth).
Deliveries which exceed these dimensions must be shipped by freight forwarding. We will inform you about fees before shipment.
Countries within Zone 3:
Finland, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Latvia, Sweden, Estonia, Lithuania

Delivery time approx. 4-5 workdays*

Please note that dimensional weight can exceed the actual weight. In this case, the dimensional weight will be taken as a basis to calculate the shipping cost.

*For DHL/Deutsche Post, "workdays" are Monday to Saturday, unless it is a public holiday in the recipient's federal state. For GLS, "workdays" are Monday to Friday, provided there is no public holiday in the recipient's federal state. For Dachser, "workdays" are Monday to Friday, provided there is no public holiday in the recipient's federal state.

Your order will be shipped as soon the invoice amount is received on our bank account and as soon as all parts are in stock.

You will be redirected to PayPal during the order process, there you can select "pay later". The payment is being processed through the payment service provider PayPal.

PayPal | Financing

The payment method "Installment" is available when you select "PayPal" in the shopping cart. You will be redirected to PayPal during the order and can pay there quickly, conveniently and securely. Log in to PayPal or register and benefit from PayPal buyer protection. The payment is processed via the payment service provider PayPal. Direct debit

You will be redirected to PayPal during the order process, the direct debit authorization is being received by PayPal exclusively. You can use the payment method both with and without having a  PayPal account quickly, conveniently and securely. The payment is processed by the payment service provider PayPal, your account information is not transmitted to us and is not visible to us.

Credit or Debit Card

You will be redirected to PayPal during the order process where you can pay by credit or debit card. You can easily pay with or without a PayPal account quickly, conveniently and securely with your credit or debit card. The payment is processed by the payment service provider PayPal. Your credit card data will not be stored by us.

Giropay

Pay easily, conveniently and securely via GiroPay. You will be redirected to your bank during the ordering process (if your bank participates in Giropay) and can make the payment directly without any fees.

SEPA direct debit

Pay easily and conveniently by direct debit. The minimum order value is: 15,00 €.

Cash on delivery

Pay the bill conveniently when you receive the package by cash on delivery with your parcel carrier.
Service fee: 5,00 €

Net 14 days

Pay after receiving our written invoice document.
Only for regular customers or after consultation with Velocity Group.
