In General, the displayed delivery times apply on the parts on velocity-group.de/en or under "My Account/Orders". We do recommend to always create a customer account instead of the so-called "guest order" - only then you will get all the details under "My account / orders".

We do our best to ensure that your order arrives within the specified delivery time. We also regularly make important updates to our logistics, transportation, supply chain and other processes. In some cases, unforeseen delays may occur, in which case we will inform you immediately.

Due to the current global events and developments regarding Corona, war and raw material crises, disruptions in the usual production flow of manufacturers are unfortunately unavoidable. We maintain close contact with the distributors and manufacturers of the products we offer and are in constant exchange with them about availability and delivery times.

In addition, we do our utmost to keep our warehouse well-stocked at all times and sometimes take unconventional approaches toprocurement: Is there any remaining stock at other suppliers? Can we shorten the delivery routes and thus the delivery times?
